GV forwarded to Phone Power & people have to Dial 1 to connect call, Why?

I switched from GV to phone power. I know have my GV number forwarding to my Phonepower # (linked to my Obi device).  Now when people call me, to have the call go through to me a voice says to continue this call Press 1 or 2 to make another call (why would they make another call when they are calling me?)  What? I have NO blocks or anything on GV, Obi or Phonepower. It reminds me of a block for Soliciters, anyone else have this issue. Going crazy.

You may need to turn off "Call Screening" in Google Voice (in Google voice/Setting/Calls tab)
