Link to account page for each SP shown on Obitalk dashboard

When I was looking at my Obitalk dashboard page today, it occurred to me that it would be really handy to be able to click on "PhonePower Account" and have it take me directly to my account page on phonepower.com (and similarly for the other configured SPs.)
