ive added this:

to Voice Services --> SP1 Service --> X_InboundCallRoute
but it doesnt work

ive tried blocking it from my providers end (ANVEO) however that doesn't work either

any help would be appreciated

The problem may be that the letter "s" is a reserved character in the world of OBi. Try this:

{('asterisk'):},{ph}

A more complete solution to avoid SIP scanners would be to implement the "Oleg Method". A forum search will show lots of examples.
