Can receive calls, but can't call out

Hi,

I can receive calls just fine, but I cannot call out. I am using Obi 110 with Google Voice. This has been a problem since BEFORE the supposed Google Voice shut down, so it's unrelated to that.

There was no Google Voice shutdown. Exactly what happens when you try calling out?

I dial out. It works fine. There's a dial tone and everything. But then nothing happens. I dial, then there's just silence and no ringing on the other end.
