Ring Once Pause Then Rings again

Ring once pause for 2 to 3 second then rings again.. My (anveo) phone does not ring until after the 2 to 3 second pause, is their a way to fix that problem ( anveo ) Inbound calls

Your first two sentences are not consistent.

What service is the caller using, and what does the caller hear?

Sorry about that. what i was trying to say is their is a big 5 second delay before my Aanveo phone starts to ring .   when someone calls me it rings once pauses for 2 to 3 seconds and then continues to rings IE giving the allusion that my phone is not working ..

Are you using the Anveo Goodies control? If so, try eliminating it.
