Route Area Code "777" to SP2 (Callcentric) Automatically

I have an OBi110 with GV, Callcentric and LINE1.

Currently, I have to dial **21777xxxxxxx to reach a Callcentric number.  My default outgoing line is SP1.

How can I change the OutboundCallRoute to automatically route 1777 numbers to SP2?
