Why is Ring.to Tied to Anveo for E911 Provision? I'm Stuck and Here's Why.

Anveo is unable to "verify" my address (we live in a newly developed community in MD)
I would enter a nearby 'older' address that could be verified. Nothing else in the sign-up process is tied to your home address other than billing and that doesn't have to match up. Their database will get updated before long. You can update your address in your account at any time. Just check in 60-90 days and try updating it then. I would NOT recommend this if you do not have a cell phone because I think there could be a fine if you were to use 911 and they responded to the wrong address. But a lot of voip users on budget plans don't have 911 at all and didn't have it when using GV.
And if you POTS line still has power to it, you can leave a phone hooked up to it and use it for 911 as it should be able to be used for 911 even with out service, just like you can on a deactivated cell phone.

if the drop was disconnected, or the cross connect removed, then the line will be dead, as it is not connected to anything.
