Obi200 on some calls using GV I can hear but called person cannot hear me

Hello,
I have an OBI200 with Google Voice on SP1 and PhonePower configured on SP2.  The status on OBITALK is green.  Sometimes though when I initiate a call on my PC via GV and click connect, the cordless phone rings and I answer.  The call starts ringing to the desired phone number and when they answer I can hear them perfectly but they cannot hear me.  I cycle the power on the OBI and then all is well.  Any suggestions are welcome!
