Setup Help Actiontec MI424WR router Obi 110

I am trying to set up an Obi 110 With Verizion Fios Actiontec MI424WR router
when I dial **9 222 222 222  I get a fast busy.
I disabled the fire wall and I am still getting the same fast busy Please Help

I have been using a FIOS Actiontec router with the Obi 110 for a year with no issues. I would not recommend disabling the firewall.

Did you open any ports ?
if yes how did you open them ?

I have internet in two locations; one with Actiontec router and the other location with a Netgear. I set up the Obi100 at the Netgear location. I then connected Obi device to the Actiontec location. The Obi now works in both locations.
