When will the Obi network be back on the air?

Many thanks to all for your helpful comments. At least I'm not the only person suffering this. I raised a trouble ticket with the Obihai Support Team, who replied: "Our remote diagnostic does not show anything abnormal with your OBi device."
So much for their remote diagnostics!
The Obihai dashboard says that I have the latest firmware in my Obi100.
My only other line of thought is that the BT Home Hub router is somehow blocking some data streams but a thorough Google search indicates nobody else having issues of that kind. I have even disabled the firewall on the router and rebooted it, but to no avail.
Bizarre and very dissatisfactory...

I have two OBi devices on the portal. Yesterday, both had a red "Offline" message, and today, one of the two does. I opened a ticket yesterday, and I also got the "we see your devices from our end" reply. Look on your failing device via the local web page. Look at the Service Provider page, for OBiTALK. On the failing device, it says "backing off". I think they've got a problem and just haven't figured it out yet.

I submitted a support ticket regarding my problem described above and got this reply a few hours later:

I can report that my problem is indeed now fixed. I hope the same fix works for all of the other posters in this thread.

Before I had the time to submit a ticket, my OBi202 is once again working when I dial **9222222222 for the Echo Test.
This issue has happened several times on the OBi202 {without any other issues}. I have never had any problems with the Echo Test on my OBi100 and OBi110.

I had issues with a different website the other day. I could not access their server while others could.
I ended up doing a traceroute to their server from a site that users servers all over the world. There were definite problems from certain parts of thew world.
