Hello:

I am trying to set up an Obi remotely, using TeamViewer, for a friend.

When go through the Add Device procedure and successfully 'send to the server' we get the attached screen where it is asking for a password.

My friend bought the OBI 110 from Amazon and was not supplied with any password.

Does anyone know what we should do?

Thanks,

Rob.

do a hard reset (paperclip that hole) Grin  to hopefully nuke the password set by the previous user and all info on the unit?

Thanks əʞɪɯ mɪke. Smiley

We'll give that a try.

I'm beginning to think that my friend bought a 'used' unit from amazon, not a new one.

Doing a 'hard reset' solved the problem. Smiley
