Cortana on OBi1032

Last night I was watching TV and I had a text come in on my cell phone but I did not hear it. I was sitting right beside my 1032 that I have my cell phone paired to and the 1032 come alive and Cortana started talking from the 1032. She asked me if I wanted here to read the text or ignore it. I had here read it and then told here I was done and she hung up. This was so cool. It worked exactly like receiving a text in my car. My car has Microsoft Sync.

I tried to repeat this behavior, but I was unable to do so. I don't know if my cell has to be asleep or what.
