Incoming calls 2 rings then silence then disconnect

Hello, I am back with GV and Obi100. However, when callers to my number call in, they only hear 2 rings and then silence, shortly thereafter the call disconnects. I am on the latest firmware, since I don't see any icons to upgrade.

Of course I can check my missed calls log to see who called and call them back, but I feel I may be doing something wrong at my end for this to happen.

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Finally figured it out. Not an Obi device issue. It was an "answering" function on a cellphone with 2 rings causing the problem >:(. I have a few different devices ringing when someone calls, and this cellphone would glitch. Thanks.
