I have an OBI200 and have configured Vestalink successfully on SP1. However, when I try to dial *123 to retrieve voicemail, it fails to work. After dialing that, about 10 seconds later I get a message saying "the number you dialed 3, was rejected". However, if I dial **1*123 (to force it to use SP1), it works. I am then able to get into the Vestalink voicemail system. I have no other provider configured on any other ports. Any suggestions to make it work dialing just *123?

There are different ways to accomplish this.
I think a Star Code entry is the easiest.

Star Codes -> Star Code Profile A -> Code 30:
*123(<sp1(*123)>), Voicemail, call($Code)

You cannot have a rule in the Phone Port DigitMap or ITSP profile A DigitMap that matches *123

That fixed my problem. Thank you! Now if Vestalink would fix the voicemail MWI timeout issue, I would be happy.
