Hi,
I'm a new Obitalk user... I just got my unit in the mail today along with a nice office phone for my home office.

It is great that I'm able to place calls over the internet through my iPhone using the OBiTalk app.

However, I am able to make phone calls from this app... I've had someone call my number (I'm using Google Voice), my phone hooked into my obi would ring, but the app on the iPhone didn't do anything.

I'm hoping that there is a way to do this with the Obi system, some way of being able to receive calls while the app is open then close out of it when I am back in the office and don't want to receive the calls on the iPhone?

I know I can set this all up through Google Voice, but I am just curious if I can set it up with the obi itself.

Thanks.

The default is to route inbound call to only the phone port.
You can route the call to a max of 4 devices.
This is called forking.

Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> X_InboundCallRoute: {ph,pp(123456789)}

123456789 is the OBi number of your OBion App.
To stop the calls you would shut down OBion.
The above assumes your inbound route is set to the default of ph
If it's not post what it currently set to.
