Obi110 Problem

I have an Obi110 and every time I make a call a person the person can't hear me but I can hear them. When I try to call **9 222 222 222 I don't any message telling me to test my mic like I am supposed to. I've tried to call other obi network services, and none of them work either. I have tried to delete and add the Obi110 to ObiTalk several times to see if that fixes it and it doesn't. Is there anyway to fix this?

If the problem is happening over POTS, call support. The problem is probably the Obi110.

Is this problem happening on calls to "normal" telephones?  Please let us know what service provider you're using (other than OBiTALK) and also the make and model of your router.
