OBI 110 Issues with firmware

Have OBI 110. Google voice stopped working. Deleted and set it up again through Obitalk. Success for one minute. The moment I set up second service provider (SIP) both services show "Service not Configured". Removed OBI 110 from portal, factory reset, set SIP provider, works. Set Google voice, now again both services no configured. Firmware is 1.3.0.2872. What can I do?
