I need to be able to update the firmware on my Obi100 so I can set up Google Voice, but I cannot because the portal claims it's "offline." I've rebooted the device several times via the web interface, I've unplugged it a couple of times, and even rebooted my cable modem and router. Nothing helps. The last time I checked the portal was some time ago but it was showing online back then.
How can I get the web portal again to show my device as online so I can update and configure it?
