OBi2 - jitter buffer on incoming calls?

Is it possible to set a fixed-size jitter buffer on incoming calls?  The star code technique is the only way I'm aware of, but I think that only works on outgoing calls.

The OBis have an adaptive jitter buffer.  There's no user adjustment.
