I've read a couple threads from others who got this message and nothing they tried worked for me. I'm a brand new user, so it might be something simple, but I've already done all the obvious (and some a bit more advanced): the password is right, the cables are all plugged in correctly and tightly, all the lights are solid or blinking as they're supposed to, I've gone into EXPERT CONFIG and disabled ITSP provisioning, I've disabled SIP ALG on my router. Customer service doesn't respond, and I'm at my wit's end.
