I've read a couple threads from others who got this message and nothing they tried worked for me. I'm a brand new user, so it might be something simple, but I've already done all the obvious (and some a bit more advanced): the password is right, the cables are all plugged in correctly and tightly, all the lights are solid or blinking as they're supposed to, I've gone into EXPERT CONFIG and disabled ITSP provisioning, I've disabled SIP ALG on my router. Customer service doesn't respond, and I'm at my wit's end.

You haven't explicitly said you are having a problem getting Google Voice to work.

1.  GV now requires the latest firmware.  What device are you using and what firmware is on it?

2.  GV cannot now be configured using the device's inbuilt web server pages.  You must use the OBiTALK portal.

3.  See posts from SteveInWA in these forums about configuring GV.

4.  GV does not use SIP.  SIP ALG on your router is irrelevant.
