So is the only way to disable Obitalk is to remove the device from the OBi portal?

Sorry, I don't know.  I configure my adapters manually.

Without disabling Obitalk you can determine if the OBi110 is sending properly by running a Syslog on the OBi110 and looking at or posting the Sip Invite.  As you know, to run a Syslog you download and install a syslog program on your pc, on the OBi110 setup System Management-->Device Admin --> Server with your pc's address, and on SP2 on the OBi110 you set X_SipDebugOption to LogAllMessages.  OBi has a simple Windows Syslog program here http://www.obihai.com/faq/Troubleshooting-sec/collect-syslog-from-OBi
You can use any syslog program.

I assume you are sending the call using the OBi110 SP2 and it is setup for Sip.  How do you have SP2 configured?  Is it Registered or not Registered?

Edit:  If the Sip Invite is being sent properly, the Syslog should also show if it is sending inside the Sip Invite the OBi110's local network ip address or an external ip address.

Ok, thanks. I'll try setting up logging to see what's really happening.

On the 110, SP2 is configured for Anveo. I've tried it both with and without registration. Based on the call history it sure seems like the 110 is forking the call properly. As you said, it appears as if either the 200 is rejecting the INVITES or they are not getting there for some reason.

I also tried setting up a VG with the same "SP2(taoman@192.168.1.200:5063)" for AccessNumber and forking to the VG with the same results.

Taoman,

The VG should also have worked.

The syslog will be good information, but it may not show the problem.

As I said, a few weeks ago I was testing some direct ip calls where I was sending the call to an external ip address.  I could send the call if I disabled OBiTalk, but with OBiTalk enabled the call would fail.

I recreated the call tonight with a WireShark trace of both situations which showed the call going out normally with OBiTalk disabled, but with OBiTalk enabled the call went to root.pnn.obihai.com (54.241.160.4) instead of to the sip url.  Actually I was using a SpeedDial call from an OBi202 and also from an OBi110.  They both showed the same result depending on whether OBiTalk was enabled on the sending adapter.

A syslog trace did not show the problem.  The syslog showed the sip invite being sent with no response from the distant location.  The problem only showed what was happening with a packet trace using WireShark.

This case only happens to me when I am sending to an external ip address, not to a local network ip address.  If I change the destination to a local network ip address and enable OBiTalk all is OK, so this problem is not directly related to what you are doing.

Edit:  You should just be able to make a SpeedDial call from a phone attached to your OBi110 to the OBi200.  If you can do that I believe you should be able to send the incoming call to the Line Port ... SP2(taoman@192.168.1.200:5063)

Good idea about the speed dial but no joy. When dialing the speed dial from phone port on 110 I eventually get the message:

"The number you dialed SP2(taoman@192.168.1.200:5063) has not received a response from the service provider."

I have an OBi200 and an OBi110 and don't have any problems.
Don't know if this will help, but this is what I did with my OBi's.

I assigned a different range of X_UserAgentPort for each OBi.
I assigned a different range of RTP ports.
Service Providers -> ITSP Profile X RTP -> LocalPortMin/LocalPortMax

In my router I port forwarded all above ports to the IP address of the respective OBi.
