Extend a single POTS over a network to multiple OBi100 devices?

Here is the situation, a friend of mine lives in another country, they are trying to telephone service where there isn't any.
Location A is where they have a standard phone line and DSL. They have wireless radios set up to forward high speed internet a few miles away from phone/DSL to location B, C, and D, which aren't too close to each other but are all connected to the wireless network.
I know you can use a OBi110 to connect to the POTS and use a OBi100 to install a phone at locations B, C, or D which will connect to the OB110. They would like to have locations B, C, and D all connect to the same POTS line at location A, being able to use it to make calls (of course only one at a time over the POTS), and when a call is received have all 3 ring and any can pick up the phone to answer it.
Can the OBi110 have several OBi100 devices connect to it this way? How about the OBi202 or another device? Or would we be stuck with just installing several OBi110's all connected to the same phone line, and one OBi100 connecting to each, to make this work?
I've searched around on the forum but haven't found anyone trying to do this specific thing (multiple OBi100's connected to another OBi110 or similar to extend the POTS line).
They would also like to be able to dial numbers using VOIP, and dial to each other OBi100 (using Google Voice or another VOIP provider) for non-local numbers, is all of this possible? Which hardware would be needed?

Yes it can be done and It's how you described it. One OBi110 and 3 OBI100's. The OBi's would talk to each other using the OBiTalk network. You can route inbound/outbound PSTN calls to/from any of the OBi's. You can also call the other OBi's over OBiTalk, so you don't need a provider for that function.
I would recommend a provider like Callcentric that allows multiple extensions for non-local calls. Each OBi would register as a separate extension to the provider. GoogleVoice should also work.

The best price for a OBi100 that I know is at Newegg.
An OBi200 at Amazon is about $10 more. It's a better box, but I don't know if it's work the extra money for you.
If you have a defective product Newegg charges return postage for the replacement, Amazon doesn't.
I just checked and Amazon has OBi100's for $30.

Below is a sample configuration.
I used cut and paste to create most of this sample.
I hope I didn't make too many mistakes.
7 and 10 digit numbers will be routed out PSTN
11 digit and international calls will be routed out SP1
If needed you have to define a VOIP provider on SP1 for each OBi
It's not required to setup SP1. You will just get an error if a call is routed to SP1.
I setup a free tollfree provider on SP2.
Since 4 people are sharing the PSTN line, my thinking was not to tie up PSTN with tollfree numbers.
Tollfree numbers will be routed out SP2.
If you want to route a tollfree number to PSTN, dial it with 10 digits.
You would call the other OBi's using speed dials.
Let me know if the above doesn't meet your requirements.
After you get the OBi110 and one OBi100 working, you will be able to copy the OBi100 configuration to the other OBi100s.
