Obi202 and OOMA?

Can someone please let me know how to use these both together.
I have SP1 configured as Google Voice. 

Ideally what I want is to be able to get Incoming OOMA calls and be able to make both GV + OOMA outgoing calls.

The only way I know is to get an OBiLine adapter for the OBi202 and connect it to the OOMA.

Some people have reported echo problems on the OBiLine adapter.

Ooma supposedly has its own support for Google Voice.  Have you looked into that?
