Cannot add Obi100 to Google Voice

I do not have firewalls on
the OBI 100 is connected to the Provider Fiber Router where my PS4 is connected.
All Firewalls have been disabled
When I try to connect I keep getting

Backing Off (0s):
Authentication error

I followed the instruction in knowledge base.

If it hasn't already happened the OBi100's firmware will need to be updated.
