Should I understand that,.. he should open the above page with his Samsung S3 Galaxy, and press the install button there and it will install the needed software
and will create an icon on his desktop of his Cell,
and then he can login with the screen and password provided ( by me, for his new separate account ) to him, and it will take care of all ?
Am I right, in my thinking ?

Will We both have to add **9 in front of the 9 digits ID number of ours, when calling to each other ?

As you suggested, I have already opened a new obi account for him ( User ID : "mdmodi100" ), but where is his 9 digit ID number, alooted for him ? I see it, nowhere.
4.
What is that, Google white bag icon error? Will one have to buy something for that white bag, before installing the needed application ?

1) Yes that will install the correct software.
2) With default settings you will need to use **9
3) He can find it in the Obi app on his Android device after logging in. Click the "obitalk" tab and then look at the top for "My Obitalk no". Alternatively log in on the web and go to http://www.obitalk.com/obinet/pg/obhdev the number likely starts with 290. Option3: Have him call you. It should show up in your call history.
4) That is a Google Play issue. I don't have experience with that issue. I recommend a search on the subject.
