Obi 110 Calling International Number

Can we still call international numbers directly with an Obi via google voice by dialing 011 +country code + area code + Number ? I never had issues before but for some reason I keep getting the pre-recording "We could not complete your call, please try again"

I have no issues dialing any US numbers. As I have said I've used the obi w/ google for the past 2 years now and never had issues calling internationaly direct.

I get that message too when I try to dial a number starting '011'.  But I don't have any credit on GV.
