Hi

Is there any way to determine T.38 protocol is, in fact, being used during a fax call from the call status screen in an Obi202?

I see that the G.711u codec is being used for TX and RX. I don't see "T.38" anywhere.

Thanks

Quote from: Billt928Call Status
Audio Codec = tx=G711U; rx=G711U

Will change to when sending
Audio Codec = tx=; rx=G711U

After the re-invite to T38.

Has anyone tried this with Anveo (free subscription) going to Canon USA's Test Fax number at 1-855-392-2666?

All I see is "Audio Codec = tx=G711U; rx=G711U"

That implies the fax is only going through G711U without the T.38 protocol.

Has anyone managed to send a fax using T.38 without using Anveo's online fax portal?

Also, does anyone know if Anveo's free subscription package supports T.38?

I discovered Anveo Direct prime routing supports T.38 on outgoing calls.
Anveo (retail) does not.
