I am based in India. I wanted to know if we can still use OBi202 & Google Voice to make free calls to US.

If by "still" you mean you had a working setup previously, then yes I believe it is still possible.

If you mean a new setup be aware that the setup process requires a US phone number which can receive incoming calls.

An Obi that has been configured with GV whilst in the US can be taken out of the US and will continue to work with GV.
