Force break into auto attendant?
«

When anyone at my office phones me at home it is always the exact same Caller ID.
I would like to be able to use my office phone to call into my OBI200 auto attendant, so i can then use it to make an outgoing call on my already setup freephoneline.ca SIP number. This works fine by adding my office Caller ID to the trusted callers.
But now if anyone from my office calls me at home, they get the auto attendant.
Is there any way i can set it up so that everyone else just rings me at home as normal, but i can somehow force break into the auto attendant... maybe through some keystroke combination? Or is there another clever way to do what i want?
Any thoughts appreciated.

You need a 2nd phone number on your OBi that you can call.
The office would call the 1st number.
If you don't have a 2nd number, you can get one at Google Voice or IPComms.
Do you have a direct number at your office?
If yes, you can call your OBi with a cell phone and hang up before the OBi answers, so there will be no charges. Then the OBi will call you back.
