Obi200 - How to Enable Web Management Access

Is it normal that when I try to activate the web admin via IVR ***0 then 30# I get the message: Invalid option?

Does the Obi200 does not support web admin just like Obi202?

I have an OBi200 and can access it with the IP address.

I get the same Invalid Option when I dial ***0 then 30#

on IVR I go:

***8 and then 1 to confirm reset to factory default.

After a few minutes I dial ***1 and I get:

Basic Network Status
Your IP Address is 192.168.40.105
Your DHCP is enabled

When I try to access 192.168.40.105 the browser gets time out after a few seconds...

If you have a Windows computer, can you ping 192.168.40.105 from the Command Prompt?

Do you have another device on your network you can try to access the OBi200? A cell phone will work. This is a test to check if the problem is with your computer.
