Obi200 - How to Enable Web Management Access

I hear the ip address of my Obi200 as follows:


Basic Network Status
Your IP Address is 192.168.40.60
Your DHCP is disabled

And when I try to access 192.168.40.60 on local browser I get redirected to:

http://192.168.40.60/servlet?p=login&q=loginForm&jumpto=status

then I get the message in the browser:
The requested URL was not found!
