Trouble receiving calls on ported number

Folks, I purchased Obi200 and signed up with Google Voice while waiting for my original number to be ported to Ring To with Anveo 911 service. Google Voice works perfectly, I'm registered for 911, and number successfully ported. However, I am unable to receive phone calls on my ported number. Only calls to Google Voice number come through. How do I correct this problem?

So GV is configured for SP1, Anveo is configured for SP2 and, RT is configured for SP3?
Incoming calls to the RT# on SP3 won't ring the phone?
Dialing 933 works OK with Anveo?

When I activated my Obi200 (2 weeks ago) I assigned GV to SP2 because I wanted to port my home phone over to Ring.To with Anveo. Therefore, after getting my home phone number ported successfully & 911 successfully, I assigned it to SP1. The way the sign-up for Ring.To appeared seemed to indicate that both it and Anveo could share the same SP. Is that my problem? What do you recommend?
