Non-Standard SIP Ports Service Providers /TLS Services Providers

Hi,
I am looking for VoIP service providers providing service even on non-standard ports or on TLS. I am in VoIP blocked area and GV works but sound quality is sometimes not so good, also I fear too many GV to GV calls might not be liked by Google  :P

Can someone help ?

Does VoIP.ms offer alternative ports besides 5060 ?

Voip.ms offers alternative SIP ports, UDP 5080 and 42872 on all of their servers, You can try those ports in case your ISP does block the SIP PORT 5060 UDP or if you need to use another one.
