Disable call waiting on Obi100

How do I disable call waiting on the Obi100?  Should I check  "enable the Obi expert entry from dashboard" in my profile to change some setting?  Thanks for the help.

Physical Interfaces -> Phone Port -> CallWaitingEnable: unchecked

You also can just dial *57
*56 will enable Call Waiting.

The following is a general description on using OBi Expert.

From the OBiTalk dashboard click Edit Profile on the left column.
At the bottom of the page check "Enable Obi Expert..."
Click Submit Query.
Now you can go directly to OBi Expert from the dashboard.

Click Obi Dashboard.
On the right of your OBixxx is an icon with a red E.
Click on it to enter OBi Expert.

To navigate click on the titles with the +
Then click on a sub-title
An example click on Service Providers
Then click ITSP Profile A General
There are 2 boxes to the right of each setting
To change a setting uncheck the box under ObiTalk Setting
Then uncheck the box under Device Default
Now change the setting
After you have made all the necessary changes for that page, click Submit at the bottom of the page.
OBiTalk will download the configuration changes to the OBi and reboot it.
Wait until this process is complete before continuing to the next page.

thank you for the info.  I thought the star codes didn't work with the Obi100?

Edit:  should I uncheck the "value" box for call waiting in addition to the Obitalk settings and device default boxes?

Yes, uncheck the box.

*56 and *57 work on my OBi110.

I believe the star codes are per call.

These star codes are permanent.
After dial *56 or *57 check the OBi configuration at:
Physical Interfaces -> Phone Port -> CallWaitingEnable

The configuration is actually changed after dialing these.

Before I posted my question about the Obi Expert I tried to disable with the star code on my Obi100 but that didn't work.

No.  The only change I've made to the default config is to disable the call waiting.
