proxy servers not listed in obitalk settings

Anveo has another POP server located in Hong Kong. I just relocated to the region and would like to make the setting change. In the Obitalk portal there isn't an option for Hong Kong. How/where can I change this manually? thanks.

You will probably have quicker response going to an Anveo forum like on DSL Reports.

The reason I posted here is because it is an obi device. And it would be nice to have the option in the drop down to reflect new servers in the obitalk settings. (I'm hoping obi employees read these posts) Voip.ms has also added new servers that are not listed in the drop down choices as well. I'm guessing the setting in obi expert config would be under service providers | ITSP Profile * SIP | proxy servers. Would I need to change this value anywhere else? Would this also apply to voip.ms? Thanks for your replies and consideration.
