Obi200 SPx Configuration

Hi all

New to the Obi ATA and having trouble setting up 2 Service Providers.

I have set up SP1 through the obitalk interface with Telecube settings and SP2 with Pennytel settings

When fisrt turned on the dashboard shows:

SP1 Telecube Account    Registered
SP2 Pennytel                 Register Failed: 403 Forbidden

The proxyserver for Telecube is sip.telecube.net.au
and the proxyserver for Pennytel is sip.pennytel.com

However the proxyserver IP is 202.139.97.224 (sip.telecube.net.au) for both Telecube and Pennytel.

Because Pennytel continually tries to register to the Telecube server I am eventually locked out of Telecube and the dashboard shows:

SP1  Telecube Account    Register Failed: No Response From Server
SP2   Pennytel               Register Failed: No Response From Server

Under Device Configuration I have the following:

Service Providers     Name                                 Status

SP1                       Telecube Account                 Retrying Register (server=202.139.97.224:5060)
 
SP2 (Optional)        Pennytel                              Retrying Register (server=202.139.97.224:5060)


I have tried entering the Pennytel IP address 202.85.243.105 directly into the proxyserver field, both in the advanced configuration and also from the dashboard, both to no avail.

It seems that I have got something wrong and any help would be appreciated.

Probably.  No permanent damage if it does not work.

Saved configuration files do not contain any passwords; you'll need to re-enter those.
