CallWithUS has stopped working.

Hey all,
I recently set my mother up with an Obi110 in the Bahamas. SP2 is set to use CallWithUS. This was working for a few weeks but has now stopped. I now see the message, "Register Failed: No Response From Server" on my ObiTalk dashboard. Thinking that a setting might have changed, I deleted the SP2 and reconfigured it via ObiTalk's Approved Service Provider List (as I did the first time). I still get the same message.
I emailed CallWithUS. They told me that the server is up and running, but they do not see any SIP requests from the public IP, and asked me to configure OBI to use TCP transport instead of UDP. Unfortunately I am not sure how to do this.
When I remotely control a laptop at my mothers I can go to sip.callwithus.com and get the message "it works". I assume that the IP is not being blocked by the ISP.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Fixed.
expert menu > Service Providers > ITSP Profile B SIP
Change "ProxyServerTransport" from UPD to TCP
