Message waiting notification light won't go off - Anveo

This started happening a while ago, that after deleting/reading messages the light doesn't go off.  The stutter tone for voice-mail DOES go off after deleting messages, but the damn light has been blinking for months.

What I'd like to do is totally reset the device, and then reconfigure this so it works.  Can someone point me to the latest documentation or point me to what I need to do with the WNI specifically?

Also, a lot of us don't intuitively know which obi interface people suggest making changes.  Either from logging into the obi site or using the ip address of the obi directly would be helpful information.

I have Anveo with Obi110 and while it DOES take a bit for the visual indicator to clear, it does not stray lit forever.
Are you sure the message is deleted?

At any rate, the parameters you can toggle are in SPx (x= the one for Anveo):

Voice Service-> SPx Service
MWIEnable         *   
X_VMWIEnable         *   

Obitalk or local web interface (but NEVER both) can be used to toggle the params and they are in the same spot.
