Obi 100 Default Service Provider

I have an Obi 110. The firmware is current (1.3.0, Build 2872). Service provider 1 is Phonepower and Service provider 2 is Google Talk. I want to make Google my default for outgoing calls. When I go into the Setup wizard in the Outbound Settings section and change my Primary PhoneLine and Attendant PrimaryLine from SP1 Service to SP2 Service, click Submit, wait a few minutes then reboot as requested, the setting continues to revert back to SP1 Service. Any thoughts on what is going wrong?

Thanks. It looks like the answer may be in this behavior. IMHO Obi should tell you on the configuration screen that you can't change this and other settings if you AutoProvision, rather than bury it in the documentation.
