obi110 france for powervoip how to start up

What is the next step?
I need it configured for powervoip.
I want to use that second phone only for powervoip international calls:
I use my normal homephone for calling in France.

The OBi110 works perfectly well in France and many other countries all over the world.

The product is designed in the USA and all its settings default to USA ones.

If you do not know your powervoip SIP settings you can only get them from powervoip.

Have you registered your Obi using the **5 xxxxx procedure?

I do not know why on one page they say to connect obi to the laptop and on obi site they say to connect it to orange live box, i did that:

I WANT TO RING WITH MY HOMEPHONE THAT IS CONNECTED TO THE ORANGE PHONE INPUT. But when i ring to spain i should ring via internet powervoip and need to connect this to my second phone.
i was told to buy obi for that but it does not work,

Can you reach the Obi echo test number?  Dial **9 222 222 222?
