How to Setup Talkatone on Obi

I have Talkatone phone service that I use with my iPad.  I just recently bought an Obi.  I was wondering if there is a way to use the Talkatone service with my Obi.  Specifically, I would like the ability to use my Obi device to dial out and receive calls on the phone number that Talkatone gave me.  I have a Talkatone phone number, not a google voice phone number.

1.  There is no indication on the Talkatone web site of the VoIP protocol used.  The OBis support SIP and GV which uses XMPP.

2.  The "About us" page of their site says "Talkatone is part of Ooma, Inc"
