Not seeing the "Forward calls to Google chat" option under setting

Hi:

I created a Google Voice phone number, and successfully made a call to it.  When I went to the Voice settings, I see the phone number, but do not see "Forward to Google Chat" checkbox or even the option.

Any fix for this?
