I have OBi100 set up using google voice as home phone. I would like to use Google voice for international calls as well. I wonder how should I set up and place the call?

Currently, I call local US numbers as 1-123-456-7890. On OBi Dashboard, SP1 is displayed as Google Voice Account-Connected.

Many thanks in advance.
(P.S. - I searched through the board for a similar question. If I missed it, please point me.)

The default configuration includes routing international calls to GV. Just use 011 prefix to the international number. GV charges for international calls, so you need to add credit to you GV account.

I have Ring.To as my primary line (SP1) and Google Voice set up on SP2. I would like to make international calls via my Google Voice account automatically. That is to say, as soon as I dial 011, the Obi knows I want to dial internationally and switches to my Google Voice line. How do I do this?

[Edited for clarity]

Physical Interfaces -> Phone Port
Using OBi Expert add the following to the beginning of the OutboundCallRoute:
{(011xx.):sp2},

This is a general OBi Expert guide:
From the OBiTalk dashboard click Edit Profile on the left column.
At the bottom of the page check "Enable OBi Expert..."
Click Submit Query.
Now you can go directly to OBi Expert from the dashboard.

Click OBi Dashboard.
On the right of your OBixxx is an icon with a red E.
Click on it to enter OBi Expert.

To navigate click on the titles with the +
Then click on a sub-title
An example click on Service Providers
Then click ITSP Profile A General
There are 2 boxes to the right of each parameter
To change a value uncheck the box under OBiTalk Setting
Then uncheck the box under Device Default
Now change the value
After you have made all the necessary changes for that page, click Submit at the bottom of the page.
OBiTalk will download the configuration changes to the OBi and reboot it.
Wait until this process is complete before continuing to the next page.

So to make an international call, I just dial 011+ISD code+Telephone number?  Do I need to enter "+" symbol in front of the number?

No "+" symbol.

The "+" symbol represents the international access code.  That is not the same in all countries.  For example:

USA, Canada and other NANP countries: 011
Most of Europe including UK: 00  (This is the ITU-T Recommendation.)
Australia: 0011
Japan: 010
