HELP GV Problem

Have had OBi 202 and GV # for a few months but haven't used it much yet. Yesterday I tried to set up GV voice mail and something went wrong. When calling GV# from cell, get a message that G subscriber is not available. When calling cell from GV# I get 1 or 2 rings then busy signal. Must have checked a wrong box somewhere but can't find where.
Hoping someone has a quick fix for this.

Is the GOOGLE chat box checked on the Google Voice list of phone numbers?

Does it show "connected" for the Google Voice SP on the ObiTalk endpoints page?

Have been looking for the Google chat box and can't seem to locate it.
Not sure what you mean by endpoints page. It does show connected in my OBi Dashboard.

OK -- go to GMail and make one call using gmail on the same account and the chat box should appear.

Yes, the Obi Dashboard is what I was referring to.  (it's page tittle is "endpoints").
