Ring Sound

I have GV set up on SP1.  When an incoming call rings it has the typical long ring sound.

I set up Phone Power on SP2.  An incoming call rings with two short rings.  How can I change that to ring like the SP1 sound?

A journeyman electrician sent his apprentice with a 5-gallon bucket and was told to put the ends of the service drop in the bucket and fill it with volts. He was there all day.
