Cannot hear menu options on calling

Hi team,

I'm based in the UK. My setup is working but I have an issue that I hope someone can help with.

If I call a number which has multiple options and requires a keypad input I cannot hear the prompts.

The call dials and there is silence and finally disconnects as I haven't made a selection.

How do I ensure my Obi setup allows me to hear the options and make a choice.

Service Providers/ITSP Profile (whichever of A or B applies)/General/DTMF Method.  Set to 'Inband'.
