Google Voice rings all forwarding phones, and your OBi via Chat, for approximately 25 seconds, before giving up and taking the call back to GV voice mail. The interval isn't adjustable, and GV VM can't be disabled.
If this doesn't meet your needs, then I suggest you instead select a business-class SIP VoIP telephone service provider that is more suitable. GV isn't intended for business use; although many people use it, there's no direct customer support, and any money you may be saving can be offset by loss of your business' reputation if clients can't communicate with you by phone. You can use your OBi with many different services, such as Anveo, Callcentric or
voip.ms, that each offer their own advantages for business users.
