Google Voice with Localphone for international calling

Ok so I'm trying to setup google voice and localphone.com on my Obi200.

Google voice will be on SP1 and used for all incoming calls and all outgoing USA calls.

Localphone will be on SP2 and used for all international calls to Poland (+48).

Does google voice have to be setup through the Obitalk portal?  Because if it does how do I change the digit maps and outbound call routes to have international calls be routed through Localphone.com?  If I log into Obi200 and locally modify the plans the autoprovisioning will overwrite my changes eventually.  But if I turn off auto-provisioning won't Google voice stop working eventually? Since it might not be able to authenticate?  This is for a friend so I don't want to have to remote in and re-authenticate GV every few weeks or months.

Anyone have a similar setup?  What did you guys do and what are your experiences?

The new versions of firmware require you to setup GV via OBiTalk.
You can modify the OBi200's configuration using OBi Expert on OBiTalk.

This is a general OBi Expert guide.
From the OBiTalk dashboard click Edit Profile on the left column.
At the bottom of the page check "Enable Obi Expert..."
Click Submit Query.
Now you can go directly to OBi Expert from the dashboard.

Click OBi Dashboard.
On the right of your OBixxx is an icon with a red E.
Click on it to enter OBi Expert.

To navigate click on the titles with the +
Then click on a sub-title
An example click on Service Providers
Then click ITSP Profile A General
There are 2 boxes to the right of each setting
To change a setting uncheck the box under ObiTalk Setting
Then uncheck the box under Device Default
Now change the setting
After you have made all the necessary changes for that page, click Submit at the bottom of the page.
OBiTalk will download the configuration changes to the OBi and reboot it.
Wait until this process is complete before continuing to the next page.

If you want to use the local interface, just turn off OBiTalk Provisioning.
You shouldn't have to do anything to GV after the initial setup.
I've been using the local interface for months with no problems
See following link to switch between local and OBiTalk configuring.

Here are the changes you need:

Service Providers -> ITSP Profile A General -> DigitMap:
(1xxxxxxxxxx|<1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|<1aaa>xxxxxxx)

Change aaa to your local area code.
This will prefix a 7 digit number with your local area code.

Service Providers -> ITSP Profile B General -> DigitMap:
(48xxxxxxxxx)

I believe Polish numbers are 9 digits.

Physical Interfaces -> Phone1 Port -> DigitMap
Add AFTER the beginning parenthesis:
(Msp2)|

Physical Interfaces -> Phone1 Port -> OutboundCallRoute
Add to the beginning:
{(Msp2):sp2},

If Localphone requires a prefix for international numbers, use this:
{(<011>(Msp2)):sp2},

Thanks for the reply.  They sure make that obi expert link hard to find.
