Is my OBI100 Toast?

Just the other day found out I no longer had a dialtone on my phone. I have the OBI100 using Google Voice. The light was flashing red/green so I checked the FAQ which said the firmware didn't load properly. I downloaded the firmware, got my IP address, and loaded the firmware successfully. Still no dialtone and lights still flashing. Tried pinging the IP address but got no connection. Tried to do a reset per website instructions. Lights still flashing red/green. Can anyone help or will I need to buy and new one?

Pull the power plug,
Disconnect the ethernet cable.
Press and hold the Reset button on the bottom of the OBi100 with a paper clip.
Re-connect the power while still pressing the Reset button.
Keep pressing the Reset button for about 20 seconds after applying power then release.
Re-connect the ethernet cable.

There are other sequences people have tried.
Some worked, but I think most have failed.

Thanks for the advice but it did not work.
