Hi, I'm new to Obi. I follow a guide adding below user map to filter telemarketers under user defined digit map2.
Label   =Telemarketers
DigitMap=(8888001250|8773639588|8009311026)

In physical interface->line->Inbound Call Route, I enter:
{(MTelemarketers):},{ph}

Then submit my changes.  The next day, I still receive a call from one of the numbers above.

Did I miss anything in this setup? Any advice is appreciated.

Check the inbound route to see if your changes have disappeared.
Do you configure the OBi via OBiTalk or the Local Interface?

Have you changed the RingDelay setting on the Line definition?

Some providers use an 11 digit callerid.
Check the OBi Call History to see if a "1" prefix was included.
To access Call History:
Log directly into the OBi using the local interface.
Key the IP address of the OBi into a Web Browser.
Hit Enter
The UserID and default Password are both "admin".
Click Status on the left column.
Then click Call History.

Thanks for your inputs. Please see my notes below.

The code looks good to me, so I'm guessing with the following.
Make sure you are at the current firmware level (4581).
I had a problem with a User DigitMap working in the past.
That is why I'm suggesting checking the FW.
I fixed the problem by putting all the code in the inbound route like this:
{(8888001250|8773639588|8009311026):},{ph}

If you have another phone number temporarily include it in the list, so you don't have to wait for the telemarketer to call.

After you submit the changes does the OBi re-boot?

I check the firmware is 4581.
I put your suggested inbound route along with my cell#. Submit the change and reboot the box. Call Obi with cell. It still rings.  ???

Are you using the local interface or OBiTalk to make your configuration changes?
If you are using the local interface, please check your changes to see if they are still intact.

I use the OBiTalk portal through expert mode.

If calls are coming in via SP1, you are putting the code in the wrong place.
It should go here:
Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> X_InboundCallRoute

The example you gave from Call History shows the call coming in on SP1 but the blocking you have set up is for calls coming in on the LINE port of your 110.

Edit: azrobert has beaten me to saying the same.

Thank you azrobert and drgeoff. I added below codes to Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> X_InboundCallRoute as you pointed out. Yet, I'm not sure if I have the correct syntax.

X_InboundCallRoute: MTelemarketers,ph

Please let me know if it is right or not.

Thanks again.

Your original rule, "{(MTelemarketers):},{ph}" is correct.
